We offer a limited lifetime warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship during the manufacturing process or during handling as follows:

• Cracks or fractures in the ceramic material
• Glaze imperfections such as crazing or discoloration
• Defective workmanship resulting in structural weaknesses or functional issues

This warranty does not cover the following:

• Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or accidents
• Cosmetic variations in the clay body, glaze color or texture, which are inherent to handcrafted ceramic products
• Normal wear and tear, including minor surface scratches, chips, and/or abrasions
• Damage caused by exposure to extreme temperatures, chemicals, or harsh cleaning agents

To initiate a warranty claim, contact us at support@brousseauanddov.com with your proof of purchase, a brief description of the issue, and photos if possible. We’ll review your claim and, if the item is covered under warranty, arrange a replacement or refund.

Our shaving bowls are crafted to last for generations. If you ever discover a defect in materials or craftsmanship, we’ll make it right whether it’s in your hands or passed down to another. Please retain your proof of purchase, as it will be required to take advantage of this warranty.
